1. Who you're dealing with
Heyly (“the Service”) is operated by RA Meedia OÜ, an Estonian limited company registered in Tallinn (“we”, “us”).
2. The deal
We give you a video-greeting widget you can embed on your website. You pay us a subscription (or use the free trial). You get access for as long as the subscription is active.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, including any sub-users you invite.
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to sign up.
4. What you can't use Heyly for
- Anything illegal under EU or your local law
- Misleading visitors — e.g. impersonating someone in your video
- Sexually explicit, harassing, or hateful content
- Spam, phishing, or any kind of fraud
- Reverse-engineering the widget to use it without paying (the widget source is open in your browser, but the API depends on a valid subscription)
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this list. If we do, we'll explain why and refund any unused prepaid time.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to videos, avatars, and copy you upload. You give us a non-exclusive license to host and deliver that content as part of running the service — nothing more.
6. Pricing and payment
- The free trial is 14 days. No credit card required upfront.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR including VAT where applicable.
- You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months unless the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you don't like the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
7. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no guarantees. Heyly depends on third-party providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Stripe). If one of them goes down, Heyly might too. For status, watch the providers' own status pages.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill).
Nothing here limits liability for things the law says can't be limited (gross negligence, fraud, personal injury).
9. Termination
You can stop using Heyly any time. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms; we'll explain why and give you a chance to export your data first (unless the violation is serious enough to require immediate suspension).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to Estonian courts, except where consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you stronger rights — those still apply.
