Why this exists
I run multiple businesses — a marketing agency, two e-shops, and an NFC product brand. They're all in completely different niches. But on day one, every single one of them looked exactly the same:
No reviews. No press logos. No “featured in Forbes.” No 10k Instagram followers. No social proof of any kind.
Just a website, a product, and me — hoping a stranger trusts me enough to click “buy” or “book.”
That's how every small business starts. The trust elements big brands have — the testimonial walls, the case-study libraries, the social-proof badges — those are earned slowly, after years. But you need conversion now, before you have any of it.
What I noticed
After running my agency, looking at hundreds of small-business websites, and watching my own e-shops convert (and not convert), I saw the same gap over and over. Great services and great products were hidden behind cold copy, faceless headlines, and contact forms nobody filled out.
Visitors don't convert because they don't trust strangers. And a website with no human in it is, by definition, a stranger.
The fastest way to stop being a stranger: show your face. Say hi in your own voice. Tell them, in 30 seconds, why you started this and what you actually do.
That's Heyly. A 30-second video greeting, a friendly bubble, a few action buttons. The visitor sees a face, hears a voice, and decides faster.
The bet
I'm building this in public, with a single goal: be one of the most-loved widgets on small-business websites by the end of next year.No funding round, no agency partnerships, no growth hacks I wouldn't want done to me.

The company
Heyly is operated by RA Meedia OÜ, a registered Estonian company (the same one behind Riin Agency, RAdezain, Stikily, and tapHi). Tallinn-based, EU-VAT registered, GDPR-compliant by default.
Hosting is in EU regions: Supabase Frankfurt for the database, Cloudflare for video delivery, Vercel for the application. Your data stays in the EU.
Stack, for the curious
Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Supabase, Cloudflare Stream, Stripe, Resend, Vercel. Widget is vanilla TypeScript built with esbuild — no React, no dependencies, ~6 KB gzipped.
If that means nothing to you: it means the widget is small, fast, and won't break the rest of your website.
